Experience
As a young company we come to the table with many years of experience. Our work across the globe has taught us
the value of developing close working relationships with our clients to better understand their needs.
Working with the people who are actually manufacturing the products has yielded some very interesting and important results.
This process has helped us formulate our Fault-Intolerant Process™ solutions. Servicing all levels of management
has helped us build trust and reliability as we "have stayed the course" until the problem is solved and ultimately
all requirements have been satisfied.
Our experience covers functional areas including operations management, quality assurance management, process engineering,
project management, systematic thinking and some rather late nights.
With over 45 years of combined experience, we have stretched to almost all of the corners of the globe... from Canada to
New Zealand to Europe and the United States, South Africa and Central America.
Through all the experience that we have gained working all over the world and in all the various departments,
we developed Fault-Intolerant Process™ solutions. This allows us to effectively serve you by solving those problems
that keep you awake at night.

Our History
Did we mention that the company is in its fourth year of providing clients with exceptional service?
It really feels like we have been in business much longer than this.
With that being said, we worked with some major pharmaceutical clients in the last few years to provide them
with solutions to some challenging problems, while helping them improve their overall operation.
It has been a most enlightening journey and the future is looking even more interesting as time goes by.
With these successful projects behind us, we are looking forward to improving our services for our clients even further.
We developed our approach to business after years of working for various companies and as a result developed some philosophies for sound business relationships and practices. These have become part of what we like to call "the Fault-Intolerant Process™." To find out a little more about our approach and what Fault-Intolerant Process™
is all about, click here.
